Subsequent sessions are then available at the concessionary rate and will be arranged directly with your counsellor. However, please state in the &#8216;<strong>Extra requirements for your session&#8217; box<\/strong> on the booking form if you are intending to receive concessionary rate therapy.\r\n\r\nThe rate is available for people who are not in receipt of an income other than the above mentioned benefits. If you are in receipt of benefits to supplement an existing income you would not qualify for the concessionary rate. Not all counsellors offer concessionary rates so we will need to check with your counsellor before the booking is confirmed. After 24 hours, we cannot offer a refund. This is due to the fact that the counsellor may not be able to fill that appointment, as well as the administration efforts taken to organise it. We can however rearrange your appointment at no extra charge.
