West London Counselling Prices
According to our research, Hammersmith and Fulham (our central base) is one of the most expensive areas for counselling in the country. However, 14% of the borough’s residents earn below the London Living Wage (according to London’s Poverty Profile), with 41% of its residents claiming benefits in its poorest areas (as opposed to 35% in Hackney and 34% in Lewisham).
This means that, for all the residents and workers who are willing to pay to be seen quickly by a private counsellor, many cannot afford counselling in this area on a long term basis. With West London counselling prices often set at £60-£70 per session by independent counsellors and other organisations, we believe that our full prices and concessionary rates will make life easier for many people living and working in the area.
1-1 Counselling Sessions
A counselling session with us costs just £45.00* per session.
The session lasts around 50 minutes, and will take place at one of our locations in West London.
*Your counsellor will guarantee to keep this fee at this rate for a minimum of 6 months
Concessionary Rates
The Well Being Therapy Centre provides some limited counselling sessions to West London residents, at the concessionary rate of £30.00 per session for individuals on benefits.
This rate is available for people who are not in receipt of an income other than the above mentioned benefits. If you are in receipt of benefits to supplement an existing income you would not qualify for the concessionary rate.

Couples Counselling
We can provide couples / relationship counselling at £65.00 per session.
Our couples counsellors are specially trained to work with you if you are struggling with your relationship, regardless of whether you are heterosexual, lesbian, gay, bisexual, asexual or transgender.
We also offer family therapy at the same price as couples therapy if you feel it’s the whole family which needs support.
