It’s perfectly normal to have fears and anxieties about therapy before your counselling begins. Equally you may have no expectations, which is also absolutely fine. But if you do, it will be helpful for your therapist to know them so they can reassure you and address your concerns.

All of your appointment details are emailed to you twice. Once when your booking is confirmed and again in a reminder email a day before your appointment. These details include the time/date/location of your appointment, the amount you have paid and the name and phone number of your counsellor.
