Together we can explore your feelings, thoughts and decisions that you make in your life, and how they affect you and your relationships. We can also work to improve your capacity for self-reflection, self-understanding and communication with others.
Gradually you will gain the strength to no longer feel burdened by pain and limitations, you’ll be able to respond to the passing storms of life in a mindful and creative way.
We are here to take you seriously, which is why we work hard to place you with a counsellor in a week or less. We know that this can feel like a big step, but one email or phone call to us could make all the difference.
Online Counselling & Therapy Service
Our online counsellors offer sessions during the daytime, evenings and weekends. If you can’t find a counsellor working at a time that suits you, you can click on ‘your appointment request’ after you have selected your ideal date on our booking calendar. We will do our best to find a counsellor who can open up that time slot for you. If you work shifts, please mention this in your description, and we will find someone who can accommodate you.
Our online team is made up of professional individuals working from their own practice locations, who will be calling you from their own devices and sending you their session links or numbers directly, once you have booked.
