Northampton Counselling – The Well Being Therapy Centre

Welcome to The Wellbeing Therapy Centre in Northampton. During a time of upheaval and emotional distress, it can be hard finding a person to talk to who is able to listen and respond in a way that works for you. Our Northampton counselling team are all highly qualified, and are able to draw on their wide professional understanding, tailoring their support to your specific experience.

We believe that nobody should be on a waiting list to get help, or pay extremely high rates when you are already struggling to cope. If you email or call The Wellbeing Therapy Centre, we will make sure that you meet a counsellor within days, and no more than a week.

We are here to take you seriously, which is why we work hard to place you with a counsellor in a week or less. We know that this can feel like a big step, but one email or phone call to us could make all the difference.

Northampton Counselling Locations

Here at The Well Being Therapy Centre, we offer appointments from Monday to Saturday, and most of our sessions will take place at:

Spencer House, 3 Spencer Parade, Northampton NN1 5AA

Some of our counsellors work from a practice they have set up in another venue, or at their home; in this case, you will be sent their address details prior to the appointment. Some of our counsellors can offer early morning appointments to fit in with your working patterns, and we are able to offer counselling appointments from 6pm onwards.

We are able to offer some Saturday appointments, subject to availability.

If you are a shift worker, let the counsellor know as soon as possible what your shift patterns are in order to help plan appointment times.
