Welcome to the Wellbeing Therapy Centre – home of fast and affordable Milton Keynes counselling and therapy. If you want to be seen by a qualified professional quickly and at one of the most affordable rates in the area, we are here to help you.
Together we can explore your feelings, thoughts and decisions that you make in your life, and how they affect you and your relationships. We can also work to improve your capacity for self-reflection, self-understanding and communication with others.
Gradually you will gain the strength to no longer feel burdened by pain and limitations, you’ll be able to respond to the passing storms of life in a mindful and creative way.
We are here to take you seriously, which is why we work hard to place you with a counsellor in a week or less. We know that this can feel like a big step, but one email or phone call to us could make all the difference.
Milton Keynes Counselling Locations
Here at The Well Being Therapy Centre, we offer counselling appointments from Monday to Friday at the Quaker Centre, Milton Keynes. Most of our sessions take place at:
The Quaker Centre, 1 Oakley Gardens, Downhead Park, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, MK15 9BH.
Some therapy sessions take place at the counsellors home; in this case, you will be sent their address details prior to the appointment. Some of our counsellors can offer early morning appointments to fit in with your working patterns, and we are able to offer counselling appointments from 6pm onwards.
We are able to offer some Saturday appointments, subject to availability.
If you are a shift worker, let the counsellor know as soon as possible what your shift patterns are in order to help plan appointment times.
